Highlights of this trip:
1. Sleep Well: We will stay in a lovely courtyard in the countryside. It is super quiet there. Through high quality sleep, deeply relax, feed and nourish your body and mind.
2. Walking silently in Nature: Through walking quietly in nature, the strong yet peaceful magnetic field of nature can heal and nourish both your body and mind. During this time, inspiration can flow.
3. Take your attention away from a busy mind and rest in peace: Through killing your time by doing nothing, take your attention away from a busy mind and rest in peace.
4. Good conversation: Share your methods、skills and achievements of how to lead a healthy and balance life. Make friends with growth-oriented people and gain support from each other.
5. Small group of maximum of 10 people: The group usually has 5-10 people.
Price and discount:
The cost is 1000RMB per person. It is 800RMB if two people book together. It includes transportation, water, one hike and one night’s accommodation in a beautiful countryside courtyard.
Detailed itinerary:
Day 1:
1. In the morning we will meet at 10am;
2. After about 2 hours’ driving, we will arrive at the courtyard retreat;
3. 12pm-1pm: Free time;;
4. 1pm-4pm: Quiet walking in nature;
5. 5pm-7:30pm: Free time;
7. 8pm-9pm: Conversation time: Share your methods, skills and achievements of how to lead a healthy and balance life.
Day 2:
1. Get up whenever you want. You can just have a relaxing time in the yard, have a cup of coffee, or explore the surrounding area on your own.
2. 10am-12pm: We will organize a 2-hour walking trip in nature. You can either join or stay in the yard.
3. 12pm-1pm: Free time;.
4. 1pm: Drive back downtown.
What to bring on this trip?
1. Comfortable walking shoes and a suitable size daypack;
2. Meals: You can bring your own meals, or buy meals in the local village, or cook meals by yourself in the countryside courtyard kitchen;
3. Quick-drying dress in summer and windproof dress in autumn, raincoat; warm clothes for the evening, spare socks and underwear;
4. Sun protection: hat, sunscreen, sunglasses;
5. Snacks and energy complement;
6. Toothbrush, small towel;
7. Personal first-aid, mosquito killer;
8. Some medicine for diarrhea and heat stroke.
What is included on this trip?
1. Air-conditioned vehicle with experienced driver;
