Brief Introduction of Brazier Pot Bean Feast:
Willow-Valley Village used to be called the Phoenix city in the ancient time. It has a long history and splendid culture. Here, you can visit the ancient city ruins. You can listen to legends and feel appreciation of the ancient city and ancient culture.
Here, you can also taste brazier pot, bean feast. Brazier is the old heating utensil to get warm in rural north China in winter. In the winter seasons, release to be a pot of cabbage, tofu, and bacon, it’s called "a brazier pot".
People in Willow-Valley Village developed tofu in the traditional pot on the basis of "brazier pot" to make the effect of soy bean which is good for beauty, black bean tofu for nourishing the kidneys and green bean tofu for sunstroke prevention. Willow-Valley Village is well-known for its "Phoenix-brazier pot-bean feast". Its main features are most of vegetarian dishes with a little fat and oil. Otherwise, there are another four pots, many vegetables dishes and many kinds of staple food. It means may your life be auspicious, may you be safe all four seasons, may you spend a smooth life.
Price and discount:
The cost is 400RMB per person. It includes Brazier pot bean feast, transportation, entrance fees, water and guides. We give 10% discount for students, members and kids under 12’s.
Bad weather plan:
We will email you 2-3 days before the hike to let you know about the weather condition. If there is thunder storm, heavy rain or strong wind we will cancel the hike or change the dates.
